Go Falcons!

Go Falcons!

I don’t know if I’ve mentioned it before, but I’m an education major, and this semester I got to do (well, it was required of the course, but I had fun) some observations in an actual classroom. Part of the observation was teaching three actual lessons. I had so much fun! This was my first time teaching high schoolers; I have done middle school before and middle school is what I want to teach, specifically science. But this was so much fun. And as always I tried to be thematically aligned. The mascot of the school is the falcon, and the school colors are Teal and Silver. So I did Teal tips for my final lesson which was yesterday. And since this is Breast Cancer Awareness month, I added pink ribbons, in salute to my mom, who is a breast cancer survivor. So here are my Falcon/Survivor nails.

I Am Loving Nail Polish!

So this is to chronicle new nail polish designs I have tried and any other beauty bits that I try. I am trying a whole bunch of different patterns I’ve seen online.

Here is the first nail polish design. It was also my first attempt at a one point chevron. I think it turned out ok. The only thing about layers is that I waited a day between each layer to make sure that each layer was dry enough
